History    The idea for Vision International Alliance was born in 1994 when missionaries returned from ministering in Somalia. While they were working there, they saw the need for a group of people dedicated to proclaiming the good news of the Gospel and to helping the evangelized peoples become financially self-sufficient. Such self-sufficiency would enable the communities to break the debilitating cycle of being dependent on others for their support and strength.
